The 13th Warrior (1999)

Siglo X. Ahmed Ibn Fahdlan (Banderas) es un noble árabe que es expulsado de sus tierras por cortejar a una mujer. Acompañado de su mentor (Sharif), emprende un viaje al Norte, donde entrará en contacto con un grupo de guerreros vikingos que tienen que enfrentarse con una horda de salvajes que atacan sus poblados y devoran a sus gentes. La profecía de una bruja, anunciando el triunfo de los vikingos gracias a la intervención de un extranjero, anima a Ahmed a ayudarles en la lucha.
